Top questions
How do I withdraw an application?
Open the application from the Applications tab, click "More" in the top right, then "Withdraw". Your counsellor will be notified and the university informed within 24 hours. There are no fees for withdrawing.
When will I hear back from a university?
Typically 4–10 weeks after submission. We track every application in real time and update your dashboard the moment we hear anything. UK undergraduate is faster (often within 3 weeks via UCAS).
How do scholarships get applied to my invoice?
Scholarships disbursed by the university go directly to your tuition. Scholarships we secure on your behalf are credited to your Meridian account first and then forwarded — you'll see the line item in Billing.
Can I change my counsellor?
Yes, any time. Go to Help → Contact us, or message Support team in your chat. We'll match you within 48 hours and brief the new counsellor on your case.
